What to include in a bug report

Your browser and the Readier version shown in the browser’s Extensions page.
The recruiting platform and a public job URL. Remove login tokens and personal query parameters.
The application step, redacted question wording and available options.
What you expected, what Readier did, and whether the value stayed selected after leaving the field.
A cropped, redacted screenshot or diagnostic export only if it helps explain the problem.

Keep your information safe. Never email your password, complete profile backup, résumé, medical information or an authenticated application link. Diagnostic question labels may also contain personal data.

Common questions

Where do I install Readier?

The extension is in beta preparation and is not yet available from the extension stores. Contact us about testing. A store install link will be added after approval; this website is not itself an extension installer.

How do I stop Readier from filling?

Choose Stop autofill to cancel pending work, or turn Readier Off in the sidebar to stop detection, capture and filling across tabs. Closing the sidebar does not turn it off. Review anything already entered on the application.

A field was wrong or did not fill. What next?

Stop the pass and correct the answer on the application. For a profile-owned value, edit Profile. Some controls are unsupported or ambiguous and need manual input. Do not repeatedly click Autofill or Submit to troubleshoot.

How do I remove my saved data?

Open Profile → Settings → Backup, privacy & troubleshooting → Erase all data and confirm. Reset profile alone keeps reusable answers and an undo snapshot. Delete exported files separately. Read the deletion details.

Will Readier submit applications for me?

Autofill does not submit. You review the form and decide when to continue. Where a separate Submit application action is available, it requires your explicit click and confirmation.

Can support recover my local profile or passphrase?

No. Readier does not keep a developer-server copy of your profile or encryption passphrase. Keep exported backups secure. Do not send them to support.
